Magnesium supplements usually pick a single salt and stop there. This one uses five — bisglycinate, gluconate, DL-malate, citrate and taurate — with vitamin B6 alongside. The capsule shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, so it is vegan.

How to use

1. Two capsules a day, with water.
2. Any time of day, with or without food.
