Glucosamine capsules are often half filler. Here the glucosamine is 85.3% by weight, and the only other things in the capsule are the shell and an anti-caking agent. The glucosamine is made from crustaceans — the usual source, and the reason this one is not suitable for a shellfish allergy.

How to use

1. Three capsules a day, with water.
2. Any time of day, with or without food.
