Most electrolyte powders lead with salt. This one leads with potassium chloride and magnesium tricitrate, with Celtic sea salt further down the list and zinc gluconate alongside. The colour is turmeric, the sweetener sucralose, and there is no added sugar.

How to use

1. 10 g stirred into 400 ml of water.
2. During or after exertion, or on a hot day.

Warnings

One serving provides 1,860 mg of chloride (232% of the nutrient reference value) and 2,048 mg of potassium (102%). Do not take more than one serving a day. Not suitable if you have a kidney condition, or if you take potassium-sparing diuretics, ACE inhibitors or angiotensin receptor blockers. Not recommended for children, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding, without medical advice. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
