THERAPIUM™ – Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, for any reason and without a justification.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Only products purchased on therapiummed.com may be eligible for a refund or replacement. We cannot accept items purchased from another retailer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@therapiummed.com. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions via email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately. We will investigate, and if the package cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or a full refund in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Items purchased from another retailer.
  • Partially used products or products with broken seals.
  • Personal damages (dropped, spilled, misused, etc.).
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once accepted, you can make a new purchase separately.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If so, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
