We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. Deliveries within the UK typically take 2-4 working days. We use trusted courier services to ensure your products arrive safely. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country.
Standard UK delivery is free for orders over £50. For orders under this amount, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it. Dietary supplements and health products cannot be returned if the safety seal is broken due to health and hygiene reasons.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
